The multifunctional filter elements eliminate deterioration factors altogether

The filter element is divided into various adsorption layers to remove very-fine particles, moisture*, and oxidized sludge. Elements trap contaminating particles in μm increments.

• Each adsorption layer collects contaminants, oxides, or moisture (Max. 1,000 cc/layer), trapping and removing the deterioration factor until it becomes full (Maximum trap mass: Approx. 5,700 kg/layer).
• The standard element is suitable for oil ranging from low-viscosity (VG2 -) to high-viscosity (VG460).
• You can incinerate used elements and cases.
• Soluble additives (equivalent to oil molecule) contained in new oil are not eliminated.
• The W-series filter does not remove water. All others do.

Precision Filtration
The high-precision element GE-21-SHG can be used for general mineral oil. Miracle Boy is an adsorption-type filtration device. The center of filtration accuracy distribution of GE-21-SHG is 3μm, meaning it is designed to filter especially 3 μm particles during adsorption 0.01~10~100μm. A standard in-line filter is replaced whenever clogged, and by then, damage has most likely occurred. Instead, Miracle Boy’s multi-phased filtration elements accumulate contaminations, allowing clean oil to pass through. This is how we can keep oil fresh as new or better.

Mechanism to remove oxidized sludge ➡ Viscosity invariance

• GE-41-DC: For oil which is easy to oxidize under the high-temperature
• GE-21-W4: For water-glycol fluid that includes water to in order to increase the flash point for aluminum die casting and other processes.
• GE-41-MR1: For synthetic (ester) oil which is used for hydraulic control systems in power plant steam turbines, jet engine lubrication, and the latest aluminum die casting machines.

For actuation, lubrication, or washing.

Miracle Boy works near or offline. Installation is simple, with the unit most often attached to the equipment’s oil tank or reservoir. And because it’s not inline, Miricale Boy’s filter elements can be replaced without stopping production.
